At the health food store you can go for milder products. You have for example, tea tree facial cleansers, toners, creams and nettle that you keep your skin extra clean and green mask that you can use 1-2 times a week (which I find fine). You can also swallow the Burdock or Chlorella. These are food supplements.

Another tip is to highlight and coconut oil extra virgin be used as a cream to your pimples with apple vinegar. It has anti-inflammatory. The oil is too greasy which I still can not get used to something for me, but it might work for you.

Furthermore, you have at the drugstore toner with salicylic acid. I'm still not sure about whether it works since I use it only 2-3 times a week. Personally, I'm more a fan of the toner from the health food store. But others swear by salicylic acid.

Finally, with persistent acne you can go to the beautician. Peeling with a high concentration of glycolic acid or salicylic acid can greatly improve the acne. My beautician but advised only to do a peel my skin is quieter. This, too, you have to figure out for yourself and decide.

The latest health tips to end it at that. Drink plenty of water. Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and oily fish. Replace once white rice for brown rice. Replace once pasta for whole wheat or gluten-free pasta. Eat once sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes. Opt for food that would recognize the cavemen. And have especially a lot of patience. This book provides all the answers to your problems!
